Ookla에서 제공하는 스크립트는 os 버전을 감지하나 noble은 지원하지 않는다.
감지해서 list에 넣어놓고는 정작 noble 레포는 존재안함.
스크립트 자체도 하자가 좀 많아보이는데 넘어가도록 하자.

1. sudo apt install curl
2. curl -s https://packagecloud.io/install/repositories/ookla/speedtest-cli/script.deb.sh | sudo bash
3. /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ookla_speedtest-cli.list 에서 noble을 jammy로 바꾸면 됨
4. sudo apt update && sudo apt install speedtest 끝.
